Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Milford, DE had a crawl space door that leaked and rattled in the wind.

DryZone installed an Everlast crawl space door which is made from 1/2" thick PVC plastic. This entry door is now secure, leak-proof and will keep debris out of the crawl space.

This dirt crawl space in Lewes, DE had moisture and mold problems. You can see in this picture that other contractors had left trash and debris. As well the vapor barrier in the before had been moved and no longer was covering the ground. 

This crawl space had standing water, mold and dirt. This crawl space needed DryZone to dry it out and clean it up! 

This Milton home in Delaware had a drainage problem in their crawl space. They contacted DryZone to fix the problem and we came to the home with a successful solution. Here is a before picture of the moldy crawl space and an after picture of a dry crawl space with a drainage mat and a wall liner. 

This crawl space was very wet. The spots you see in the before picture are actually water droplets! with a 75% humidity level, we are glad that these homeowners contacted Team DryZone. They are glad too because their home will be much more comfortable as a result of this transformation!
