This homeowner recently bought this home and knew they had to have a waterproof system added to ensure that no damage occurs in the future. They gave us a call to come out and take a look. We are going to put in a full waterproofing system to make sure no water damage can occur. 

We will also be installing a brand-new egress window as well.

This homeowner reached out to DryZone after finding microbial growth in their crawlspace. The production team installed CleanSpace, SaniDry Sedona, and blocked the vents from outside to lower the humidity in the crawlspace. 

This crawlspace transformation turned an open, unfinished area into a bright, fully encapsulated space with our durable 20-mil CleanSpace liner.

When the homeowner had their HVAC system replaced, the installers discovered the crawlspace was in rough shape. The insulation had fallen from the floor joists, leaving the crawlspace exposed to excess moisture and creating the perfect environment for microbial growth. Looking to protect their investment, the homeowner called DryZone for a free inspection.

Our team removed the damaged insulation and installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system to create a durable moisture barrier. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity year-round. The result is a clean, dry crawlspace that will help protect the home's structure and improve the environment beneath the home for years to come.

Because this home is built with a monolithic foundation, a foundation constructed in two pieces as opposed to three, the best drainage is acquired with DryTrak! DryTrak is installed mostly above the floor and gives the appearance of a baseboard while still operating like a trench drain. This system captures water that gets guided down the basement walls and leads it to a sump pump.
