To fix the issues with this homeowner's foundation the experts at DryZone installed the Patented Helical Pier System. Steel piers are screwed into the soil to appropriate depths and capacities. Then a steel foundation bracket is connected to the helical piers.

To protect the space, we installed HydroLink around the perimeter to direct any water that enters straight to the TripleSafe sump pump system. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona, which can remove up to 100 pints of moisture per day and move more than 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute. To complete the system, we installed CleanSpace, a thick liner similar to a pool liner. CleanSpace is manufactured with an antimicrobial additive called UltraFresh that is molded directly into the material.
