I'd like to get someone to take a look at some of the concrete slab sinking in my garage and mudroom and around the sides of the garage just to check what might need to be done. In my mudroom there is about an inch or so of gap forming Under the baseboard and the doorstep from the mudroom into the garage.

We have a crawlspace in the basement of the home we're currently under contract to buy and the crawlspace was dug out to add a laundry room and bathroom. In the crawlspace there is soil in direct contact with the wood. We had a structural engineer come out to assess and the issue is not structural. She said we just need a vapor barrier and some sort of liquid sealant on the wood to protect the wood from any moisture in the soil. We'd like a quote for this work. Thank you!
