We lifted and leveled the stamped concrete patio using PolyLevel Foam. Lastly, the joints were sealed with NexusPro to keep water out.

Lift, Level and Seal Joints

For this project, the front patio slab dropped creating a gap between the pillars and the ceiling. We lifted and leveled the slabs back to their original position using PolyLevel Foam. The concrete joints were sealed with NexusPro to keep water from entering under the slabs.

Front Porch Lift in Fort Collins

This Fort Collins homeowner decided it was time to repair his front porch with PolyLevel Foam. The stamped concrete porch dropped at least an inch, creating pooling. Our crew lifted and leveled the concrete back to its original position to help with the pooling and stabilize the concrete before further damage occurs. The concrete was caulked with NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent soil erosion.

The stoop was sinking and was leaving a big crack.  We leveled the stoop and walkway with PolyLevel and sealed the GIANT crack with NexusPro. The customer also chose to seal the concrete with our Sealant Pro to preserve the concrete!
