PolyLevel Foam was used to lift and level the concrete, then NexusPro Joint Sealant was applied to the joints and cracks.

The concrete was lifted and leveled using PolyLevel Foam.

The unevenness of the sidewalk created a huge trip hazard. We lifted and level the sidewalk using PolyLevel Foam and grinded it down once the concrete was unable to lift further.

This back patio dropped creating an uneven surface that caused the slab to crack in multiple areas. Drainage issues, poor soil compaction or soil erosion are the likely the culprits of this concrete slab failure. Our team lifted and leveled the slab back to its original position using PolyLevel Foam injections. The cracks were sealed with NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent water from entering between the cracks and causing further settlement.  

This is a walkway at an apartment complex.  The owner wanted to fix the trip hazard. But, a tear out and repour were expensive.  We were able to level the concrete with PolyLevel and then seal the crack with NexusPro!
