Before & After Photos

In Loveland, Colorado, our new customer faced a challenge: a concrete slab settling towards their house. In the before photo, you'll noticed a tilt towards the house. We turned to PolyLevel foam to lift and level the concrete slab with precision. NexusPro Joint Sealant sealed the cracks, safeguarding against further soil erosion. Take a look at the after photo, the slab is level and stabilized. 

This driveway in Loveland, CO needed a lift. The driveway dropped significantly requiring the homeowner to place a block in front of the garage slab in order to pull into the garage. Our expert concrete crew leveled the concrete back to its original position using PolyLevel Foam injections and sealed the joints and caulked the cracks with NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent water intrusion. Now, the homeowner has a smooth entry in and out of the garage. 

Nate's Driveway, sidewalk and porch had settled over the years causing cracking and sinking.  PolyLevel was used to correct voids beneath concrete slabs and lift them back to their original position.  NexusPro was injected into cracks and joints, creating a waterproof barrier and preventing water from penetrating the soils below.

Cracks like the one shown in the before photo can cause erosion to happen quickly.  After lifting and leveling this landing we sealed the crack to prevent an water from seeping beneath the concrete causing further erosion.  This one turned out great!
