This front porch dropped creating a noticeable gap between the brick and the concrete slab. This can create pooling and/or allow for water to enter under the slab and cause soil erosion. This homeowner decided to lift, level and stabilize the concrete porch with PolyLevel Foam. NexusPro was applied along the edges to keep water from entering and create a smooth, clean finish. 

This concrete stoop was settling and the caulking was tearing apart. PolyLevel Foam was injected beneath the slab to lift and level it back up. Our crew power washed the concrete to allow for a clean and smooth application of our protective concrete sealant. NexusPro was applied along the perimeter of the slab and in the cracks.

This concrete driveway was shifting, cracking and weeds were growing throughout the joints showing that soil erosion is likely the cause. Our expert team drilled pea-sized holes into the concrete slab, injected PolyLevel Foam and leveled the concrete was to the original position creating a smooth surface. The joints and cracks were caulked with NexusPro to prevent future soil erosion and keep away those pesky weeds. 

This garage had a major trip hazard in the middle of the garage for YEARS!  The homeowner had enough and called us out. Our crew was able to get rid of the trip hazard with PolyLevel. We also sealed the joints and cracks with NexusPro!  She finally could walk through her garage without an issue!

The concrete patio sunk, creating a trip hazard and leaving an opening where the joint sealant pulled apart. We lifted, leveled, and stabilized the concrete with polyurethane foam and resealed the joint with NexusPro Joint Sealant to keep water out.
