Pam S. noticed that her floors were uneven and appeared to be sagging one morning. With concern, Pam hopped on her computer hoping to find a solution for her issue before anything worse was to happen. Pam found NorCal Foundation Support and decided to call to schedule an appointment. 

A NorCal Foundation Support Specialist came out to take a look at Pam’s floor issues, and discovered that her floors indeed have been sagging due to normal wear and tear on the foundation of her home.

The contractor concluded that the best solution for these sagging floors was to install SmartJacks into the crawlspace in order to support the existing beams, and to keep the floors from sagging any further which could have caused even more damage.

SmartJacks were installed all across the crawlspace to support the foundation of the house all of the way through.

Pam has been very pleased with the outcome, and now she doesn’t have to worry about her floors sinking anymore.
