Darryl C. from Pleasant Hill noticed cracks around the walls of his house from a sinking foundation. While searching for solutions he found NorCal Foundation Support. Shortly after his decision to get his foundation fixed, he called the company to make an appointment.  

He was informed by the System Design Specialist during the appointment that the house could be stabilized permanently with Push Piers. Plus there was a void under the back porch from soil movement that they suggested be filled with PolyLevel. Both of these processes would even out the foundation for the house as well as prevent future cracking. Darryl agreed that the Push Piers and PolyLevel sounded exactly like what he needed and would be a perfect fix to preventing his house from experiencing further damage from the sinking foundation that it sat upon. The Push Piers would lift the house back to being level and then keep it level.

During the appointment, the System Design Specialist informed Charles that the floors of his house could be stabilized with SmartJacks. This process would even out, lift, and stabilize the house’s floors. Charles agreed that the SmartJacks sounded exactly like what he wanted and would be a perfect fix to his floor problem. The SmartJacks would lift the floors back to being level. 

Charles is now extremely happy with his house. He feels good knowing his floors will be supported by the installed SmartJacks for years to come. 

The Homeowner was looking to have 4 old, bottle jacks that were showing signs of settling. He contacted NorCal Foundation Support to replace the jacks with our heavy duty SmartJacks. 

Eric J. of Folsom CA, noticed that the floor in one of the bedrooms of his home was sloping, and decided that he needed to act quickly before things got any worse. After a short search on the web, Eric found NorCal Foundation Support and decided to give them a call and schedule an appointment for an inspection. 

During the appointment with the NorCal Foundation Support he found out that a couple of the existing piers in the crawlspace were also tilting and that the footings were falling. The Solution Design Specialist discussed the SmartJack system with Eric, and informed him that the replacement of these soon to be broken piers with the SmartJacks would fix the sloping of the bedroom floor and that they can be easily adjusted throughout the years to come in case of future additional settling. Eric decided that this was the perfect fix and wanted it done as soon as possible.

Eric has been very happy with the results, the floor is no longer sloping and he doesn’t have to worry about future settling because if it does occur a quick adjustment to the SmartJacks is all that’s needed!

Amy and Brian G. from Folsom CA, noticed that some parts of their house were un-level. It seemed to be getting worse as the days went on and they decided to make a quick search on the web to see if there was anything they could do to stop it from getting worse. That’s when they found NorCal Foundation Support.  They contacted the company right away and scheduled their appointment.

The NorCal Foundation Support Solution Design Specialist came out and Amy guided them around the house to the garage; where the obvious sinking was occurring. A combination of the Push Pier and PolyLevel Systems were the best solution to the issue.  A couple of Push Piers were installed either side of the corner of the garage, where the foundation had sunk, this solution lifted and leveled the foundation back into place. PolyLevel was then used to fill in the void underneath the ground that was the cause of the sinking corner.

Amy and Brian have been very happy with the work that was done and they don’t have to worry about anything getting worse!
