They performed their tasks competently, diligently, conscientiously with the common goal of delivering the best possible end product in spite of numerous challenges both in equipment and personnel. In particular, Ricardo, with 5 years of experience under his belt, is a proven team leader whose knowledge, work ethic and resourcefulness clearly showed he could work independently, and under stress (not of his own making). Between Ricardo, Steve Helfrich, and I, we resolved several technically serious issues in the field. Last but not least, they are nice people to work with.
