My home in San Juan Capistrano developed some tilted and shifted concrete slabs due to the settling and expansion of the soil and clay that we have here. I thought at first that the solution would be to demo and re-pour or grind edges which is both expensive and grinding a bit unsightly when the aggregate is exposed. The Saber crew came out and gave a reasonable estimate to bring everything level without demolition, and arrived promptly and did a great job. I had some subsequent shift after a heavy rain and they came out to touch up and they were happy to do it. Nait and Rick were my technicians and they were professional, cautious and polite. They respected my property. I highly recommend this company for the residential customer.

I just got the foundation repair done and the foreman (Joe), and his helper Jesse were really good at doing the work. From the start to end, Joe explained and showed the process step by step. He communicated well and made sure the needs/concerns were met. I made the greatest choice.

Jason was very knowledgeable and seemed like he had our best interest in mind when going over solutions for our property.

In my 40+ years as a homeowner I have never experienced the superior quality of service and knowledge that Jason provided in the time he spent with us. I absolutely was not planning on finalizing my buying decision since Saber was the first company I had come in to provide an estimate. Jason's clear understanding of the process and the extent he went to in identifying the best solutions for us, made it an easy decision to move forward on his first visit. He listened well, made sure he answered all of my questions and even confirmed that I was comfortable moving forward with the project before we finalized it. He represented well and spoke highly of saber and the quality of their product, which helped establish credibility and trust. Finally, I was extremely appreciative of the fact that he took extra time to explain and identify other potential issues I should look for with our home to protect our investment. Curtis was very diligent and explained the reasons foundations have cracks and what to look for that would be a red flag. Curtis provided peace of mind as to the condition of the foundation that was discovered when I had the carpet flooring removed causing me to worry that there may be a problem. Turns out it's sometimes common to find cracks that appear like what I saw.
