Before & After Photos

The Before Picture shows a crack that has formed in a Concrete Slab at a construction site.

The After Picture shows the same area after the PolyLevel Injection Process.

The before photo shows the home that's in need of our helical piers.

The during photo shows the process of us digging the holes to install helical piers.

The after photo shows the helical pier all installed. 

The Before Picture shows the Crack, that has formed Between the Chimney and the Home. There is a Void under the Chimney, causing it to lean away from the Home.

The After Picture shows installed Push Piers, Lifting the Chimney back to a Consistent Elevation.

In the photos you can see the amazing results of the push pier system.  The interior crack was formed by foundation settlement, once Saber installed push piers and lifted the property to maximum practical recovery, you can now see that the crack has closed.  The home is now stabilized and homeowner will no longer see the sign of founation settlement.

This home had drainage problems in the Crawlspace.

The before picture shows a trench already dug by Saber's crew. This picture shows the drainage pipe and drain being installed.

The After picture shows the trench and pipe being covered with gravel. Saber also installed a sump pump in the crawlspace.
