The After picture shows the solution. Saber excavated holes and attached Helical Foundation Piers to the base of the Foundation. This Strengthen and Stabilized the Foundation of this garage.

Hermosa Beach resident Tamra M. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls and parking area of her house. Our Project Design Specialist completed a thorough evaluation of Tamra's home. The Before picture shows one of the cracks in the concrete.

Our crew installed Helical Piers to stabilize the home foundation. The After picture shows a Helical insert being installed to stabilize Tamra's home foundation .

The Before Picture is a room addition that the homeowner has added. The floor was sloping up to three inches.
