Concrete Removal and Replacement at pier locations

The Before Picture shows a Saber crew member digging a hole. The crew will install a Push Pier when the base of the Foundation is exposed.  Our crew had to remove concrete before starting excavation.

The After picture shows the completed mission. All work has been done to make the elevation of the Foundation consistant. The holes have been proberly filled, and new concrete has completed the job.

The Before Picture shows the crawlspace of a home with sagging floors.

The After Picture shows a Steel Beam attached to the floor joists, with Smart Jacks installed underneath. This gave the floors in this home a constant elevation.
