Before Photo shows what kind of doors are typically used for your crawl space. You may not be one to be using it often, but having the correct door does play a significant role in the performance of your home. A typical crawl space door is made of wood. This can lead to warping, rotting, and can completely fall apart. In the after photo, we replaced the wooden door with The Everlast(TM) Crawl Space Door which does none of those things. Each Everlast door is a custom fit to each individual crawl space and creates an air-tight and waterproof seal. Sealing your crawl space entryway is crucial to keep hot, humid summer air and cold winter air out of your home. It also reduces moisture and pests from entering your crawl space keeping it nice and clean.
This Santa Barbara home received a complete crawlspace waterproofing system to protect against moisture, humidity, and mold. Our crew installed a CleanSpace® vapor barrier to seal the crawlspace and added a powerful sump pump system for long-term water management. The transformation provides a clean, dry, and energy-efficient space that will protect the home’s foundation for years to come.
This is an amazing change to this crawl space in Southern California! The nasty/dirtiest part of the house is now clean, fresh, healthy and even smells good!
The Before Picture shows the interior of the home. The walls are cracking, and the cracks are progressively getting bigger.
The After Picture shows the exterior of the home. The issue was voids formed by shifting soils, and the Foundation had weakened over time. This picture shows the finished work, after Saber filled the voids with Polylevel, atteched Foundation Piers to the base of the Foundation, filled the holes, and poured concrete. The area looks better than before our crew started working.
The Before Picture is a installed Helical Pier.
The After Picture Shows the Completed work.
