The before picture shows the large crack caused by the settlement of the sidewalk. As it settles, it pulls away from the wall.

The after picture shows the finished product of Polylevel and sealing the crack with NexusPro joint sealant. 

Broken fire line washed out under slab foundations and a void fill was needed to prevent chiller equipment damage.

Entry stoop settled creating a trip hazard.  For safety reasons this needed to be fixed.

Water seeping between drainage ditches and retaining walls leading to wall failure.  Gaps need to be sealed up to prevent continued damages.
