PolyLEVEL™ was used to attempt a lift and stabilize a home in Chino Hills.  Before the PolyLEVEL™ was injected the home showed signs of settlement, the crack above the door frame, was a sign of settlement.  Once the PolyLEVEL™ was injected beneath the homes foundation the crack began to close and the home no longer has signs of settlement.

Concrete will crack, it's just a matter of when. At this home in Ontario, CA we performed a concrete driveway repair that included lifting and leveling as well as sealing the cracks and joints. We do this in order to prevent any further damage that intruding water can cause.

The After Picture shows the same area, that has had polyurethane injected into the void, to give the slab constant elevation. Then Nexus Plus was used to fill and seal the cracks.
