Several cracks appeared in this home's slab foundation. Crack stitching is the process of bridging the gap and strengthening the area around the cracked concrete. This ensures the slab remains intact and resistant to further damage.

The before photo shows a large slab of concrete that settled into a void. The after photo shows how we lifted the concrete slab from using our PolyLevel solution which will correct the uneven concrete. 

This before-and-after photo set highlights a concrete driveway crack repair completed by Saber Foundation Repair in Redondo Beach, CA, a coastal community in Los Angeles County. Prior to repair, the driveway showed a long, visible crack caused by soil movement and settlement beneath the concrete—an issue commonly seen in coastal Southern California where moisture conditions and ground movement can impact exterior slabs.

To correct the problem, our team stabilized the concrete using PolyLevel® foam injection, which fills voids beneath the slab and restores proper support. Once the concrete was stabilized, the crack was sealed with NexusPro®, a flexible, waterproof sealant designed to prevent moisture intrusion and accommodate natural concrete movement.
