The before photo shows how a pool deck was suffering from uneven and cracked concrete in San Deigo. In the after photo, we used our PolyLevel® & Nexus Pro® solutions to stabilize and repair this homeowner's concrete. The Before Picture shows a tilted and sinking cement slab in a swimming pool deck. This was creating trip and possible injury hazards.
The After Picture shows the solution in progress. Concrete was removed and holes were dug next to the swimming pool. Then Rebar and Push Piers were installed to stop the swimming pool from shifting with the soil. Later these holes were filled with concrete.
