Before & After Photos

Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair completed this crack stitch project at a home in Chula Vista, CA. The before photo shows a diagonal crack extending across the exposed concrete floor near an interior doorway, running from the baseboard toward the open wall framing.

The after photo shows the repaired crack path and patched installation areas crossing the affected section of concrete. This before-and-after comparison documents the visible results of the crack stitch work. For homeowners concerned about cracks in their concrete floors, Saber can inspect the affected area and explain appropriate repair options.

The before photo shows concrete slabs that have severely cracked from the settlement. As shown in the after photo we then seal the joints with our top-of-the-line sealants NexusPro. This is after we fill the voids which caused the settlement with PolyLevel. 

PolyLEVEL™ was used to raise the concrete back up and fill in the void underneath.  The effects of PolyLEVEL™ are amazing, and the cure time is with in minutes after the injection. 

The foundation was crumbling in this home. We used Push Piers and PolyLevel to to fix this foundation. The After picture shows the area, of the home, after it was stabilized with Push Piers.

The After picture shows holes drilled in the patio. This is where the PolyLevel will be injected to stabilize the patio.
