This San Diego, California homeowner wanted to restore a backyard concrete patio that had developed settlement, surface cracks, and deteriorating joints. The before photo shows a sidewalk with a slab of concrete that has settled into a void. This is not only an eyesore but a potential tripping hazard. To correct this problem, we used our poly level service to lift and stabilize the slab. To give a seamless finish we used our state-of-the-art NexusPro Sealant. As shown in the after photo, the concrete looks as good as new and has very little evidence that we were ever there.
