This before-and-after photo set features a concrete driveway repair in Menifee, California, where sections of the driveway had settled unevenly over time. Soil movement beneath the concrete caused low spots and joint separation, which can impact drainage, create trip hazards, and accelerate surface wear.

To correct the issue, our team used PolyLevel® concrete lifting to stabilize the underlying soil and raise the sunken driveway slabs back toward a smooth, level surface. Once the concrete was properly aligned, NexusPro® joint sealant was applied along the control joints to seal gaps, protect against moisture intrusion, and allow for natural expansion and contraction.

This repair restored both functionality and curb appeal while helping protect the driveway from future settlement — a common concern for Menifee and Southern California homes, where irrigation patterns, soil conditions, and seasonal moisture changes can affect concrete flatwork.

The After picture shows the garage floor after the crack was leveled. Then Nexus Plus was used to keep the crack from growing larger.

Before photo shows a concrete stairway that has settled into a void. The after photo shows how we lifted the concrete back to level using Polylevel. Our Polylevel solution lifts and stabilizes the concrete by filling the void with polyurethane. The polyurethane will expand and provides lift to the concrete giving it a nearly seamless repair.
