New smart jacks were installed in our customers crawl space in Orinda, CA to support flooring and beams.

This customers residence is located in Orinda, CA our customer came to us with concerns regarding uneven floors. Through quick research they found us and set an appointment with our appointment center.

Our strutcual consultant Jonathan, quickly came to evaluate their situation. This customers home had settling issues in their crawl space, by installing cast in place smart jacks will help level and support flooring and beams.

In the Before photo, you see the push piers installed along the side of this house, including beneath the chimney. The red cylinders are sleeves that our hydraulic press uses to push the steel tubes into the Earth to reach bedrock. In the After photo, you see how the property looks after the installation of the push piers.

After watching a House Flipping show, this homeowner learned that cracked concrete on his property could cause serious foundation issues in the future (namely the fact that water can easily find its way through the cracks and into the foundation). 

To seal the cracks, we injected NexusPro Joint Sealant which is proven to last over 20 years, which is twice as long as traditional urethane-based sealants. To further protect the driveway, we applied a coat of SealantPro which is a sealant (obviously) that permanently bonds with the pores of the concrete to protect it from pitting, flaking, and cracking.
