In the "Before" photo, you see a foundation wall that is sound enough to live above but isn't quite at its highest potential of defending against environmental forces that could cause problems down the road. 

In the "After" photo, you see a foundation that has been retrofitted with internationally recognized seismic retrofit brackets. These brackets connect the wooden mudsill to the concrete foundation to help your home defend against earthquakes like a game of Red Rover.

This customers residence as you can see didn't have a closed crawl space. With adding a sheer wall and T brackets help with the inclosed space and movement.

Customer noticed excessive humidity in crawlspace and dampness in walls of home.  Foundation Repair of CA encapsulated the crawlspace with our CleanSpace vapor barrier liner and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

This home, located in Castro Valley CA, needed help repairing their sunken driveway. Our Concrete Repair Division Manager, Sam Phelps, came to evaluate their situation. This driveway had settling issues which we were able to fix by injecting our PolyLevel Foam beneath it. The PolyLevel Foam filled a void that had formed under it, bringing it back to level and removing the trip hazard and the headache from the owners of this home.
