2492 Southview Dr, Alamo, CA 94507, USA 9/5/2024, 2:17:10 PM

Foundation Repair of CA completed a project for a homeowner in Alamo, CA, who was experiencing sinking and gaps in their concrete where their driveway meets the garage and walking path. The solutions provided included:

  1. PolyLevel (Foam Injection): Polyurethane foam was injected under the affected concrete through drilled port holes arranged in a grid pattern to lift and stabilize the sinking areas.

  2. NexusPro (Joint Sealant): NexusPro joint sealant was applied by cleaning the joint, inserting backer rod, and injecting silicone sealant. The sealant was then smoothed and finished with sand. It should be noted that NexusPro does not match the existing concrete's aggregate finish.

These measures addressed the sinking concrete, improved the overall stability and durability of the area and will prevent water intrusion reducing the probability for future settlement.
