This customers residence is located in Scotts Valley, CA our customer came to us with concerns regarding uneven floors. Through quick research they found us and set an appointment with our appointment center.

Our strutcual consultant Steve Mack, quickly came to evaluate their situation. This customers home had settling issues in their crawl space, by installing cast in place smart jacks will help level and support flooring and beams.

This customer, located in Ripon, came to us with concerns regarding uneven floors in his fixer-upper. He wanted to remodel the home so he could sell it and make a profit, but he needed to figure out how to stabilize his floors before doing so. 

Our Structural Consultant, Jonathan, came to evaluate their situation. The home had settling issues in his front room, causing the floor to slope. The solution for this problem was to install our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post System with cast-in-place footings next to existing wooden support posts to lift and stabilize the floor. 

This customer, located in Felton CA, came to us with issues regarding his front driveway. It was uneven and continually sinking.

Our Concrete Repair Division Manager, Sam Phelps, came to inspect the driveway and drew up a quote which included the solution of injecting our PolyLevel Foam beneath the driveway in order to lift and stabilize it. The homeowner agreed to the solution and our crew came out shortly thereafter to meet and exceed his expectations.
