My widowed mother was set to buy a home in Gilbert after my father, her husband, died.  She wanted a home close to me and found one in the near proximity.  However, she knew nothing about spotting any foundation or settlement problems with the home in advance of purchasing it.  Also, she was not informed by any of the sales agents of any problems with the home. I was walking thru the home with my mother as a final look-thru just a few days prior to the close of escrow and I noticed some cracks in the ceiling and in some of the walls.  I called Arizona Foundation Solutions to see what they could tell me about the home.  Shawn Shelton was able to come out just before escrow closed.  He did a manometer survey and informed me that day after the survey was completed that there was some severe settlement in the foundation. When asked he felt that the costs to stabilize the house and do the repairs caused by the settlement would be substantial.  Escrow was set to close the next morning and my mother was able to back out which she did. We are very grateful for the effective, honest and efficient service put forth by Arizona Foundation Solutions in this matter.  Without this service my mother would have unknowingly been placed in a stressful and costly situation.

Barry Anderson from Arizona Foundation Solutions came out to enhance the operation of our moisture control system that was installed two years ago. This turned out to be a big job . Basically undoing what had previously been done and starting over(new 7x3 ft.trench, new 17 ft. mole hole out to living room, creation of proper suction pit under slab in living room, installation of 4 intakes, and relocating the suction equipment). Except for the trench, Barry did all the rest himself. He was very thorough and efficient doing this install, being careful of our property has he worked. He showed me all that he was doing and explained how the system works. Cleanup was excellent and could hardly tell he`d been here. Barry is a pleasant young man who appears to be passionate and knowledgeable about his work. A great asset to Arizona Foundation Solutions and represents the company well.

Our foundation and moisture problems were diagnosed and properly fixed. We especially appreciated the side repair job when an issue arose when Barry was on the job site. Barry is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Plus, I'd hire him just to play with the dogs! Edgar and his crew came for the foundation repairs and did a phenomenal job repairing the structure. Edgar took the time to review all paperwork and details. Thank you AZFS.

Getting your foundation repaired is a scary experience, but working with Ryan Overcash took a lot of the anxiety out of this experience. He expkained the entire process very clearly to me and was very accurate in any quote delivered. I had 15 structural piers installed and poly back filled, as well as a water mitigation system installed in my home. The work was all done in a timely manner and Greg the foreman and Alonso his lead were especially helpful. They even did a fantastic job cleaning up after what looked like complete chaos in my back yard. Foundation stuff isn’t fun or glamorous but if you need to have it done this group is comprised of true professionals. Thank you guys again for fixing my home!!

Working with AZFS to repair the foundation of our home. Chris Ortiz has been great and a pleasure to work with. Also would like to thank Jacob Walker for showing up on a Saturday to do the engineering measurements.

Chris Ortiz was an excellent resource in our initial appraisal of the project. He was responsive to our concerns and did a thorough evaluation and gave us a detailed estimate of the cost involved and the timing for the project. Through this long process he has been available when questions come up and has always been reassuring in the timing of his response. Felix was the project manager and did most of the labor involved in this project and was an incredible person to work with.
