I'm always suspicious of "free" inspections by any company.  The Arizona Foundation Solutions engineer who accomplished my inspection was completely open and honest when he said that the crack in my foundation did not require his company's expertise.  He recommended just having a good handyman accomplish the repair.  I was impressed!

    This morning, our awesome Director of Production Operations - Tom Dixon - recieved a call that literally made his day!     Good morning AZFS- I wanted to take a minute to share an early morning phone call from one of our customers. Mrs. I.R. Mrs. I.R. was so happy with her installation of our MoistureLevel Smart Foundation System that she called me this morning at 6:30 am. She wanted to complement AZFS on having employees like Felix and David Laguna working for us. She said they spoke to her several times prior to the job and once on site carefully explained every step of the process. Felix walked her through everything he would be doing and patiently answered all of her questions. They were clean and courteous throughout the installation, she even said when Felix and David were done with everything that they cleaned the installation site so well, she wouldn’t have to clean that area this week. I am not exaggerating when I tell you guys how that made my day. Tom  

They say knowledge is power!  After consulting with foundation specialist Chris Ortiz before and after the engineering study on our foundation I feel completely confident that I understand our foundation problems and what my options are for correcting the issues. His excellent verbal description with great visual aids showed exactly where and what was going on.  Additional videos completely show the process of repairs. Although it will not be cheap or quick I feel it will be done right.  He had answers for all my questions from finances to timelines.  Everything is completely up front.  The company came highly recommended by multiple contractors. I am especially assured by their lifetime transferable warranty that goes with the house.

The team at Arizona Foundation Solutions has been helpful through the entire process from answering questions on the process and providing updates on where we were in getting work scheduled to the crew doing an exceptional job on the work. I would recommend them to anyone who has questions about a foundation issue and to provide an analysis and recommendation for the work. Ryan helped us throughout the entire process with making sure any changes we wanted to get made were incorporated. In addition, when we had our gutters installed after our repair work, Gregory and his crew made sure we had the gutters we selected, after a change had been made, and got the job completed the same day even after a mix up had occurred with the color chosen. The employees go above and beyond to make sure you get the products and service you need and deserve!

I have had nothing but great experiences with AFS.  From the first phone call inquiring about a consultation to executing a repair plan everyone has been knowledgeable and so very helpful!!  AFS employees are highly skilled and beyond professional.  Ryan Tracey is a true representation of that fact.  He was fully prepared to answer all our questions.  Ryan was even equipped with Power Points to demonstrate how the process unfolds, that is a tool I greatly appreciate as it provided a deeper understanding of what to expect.   Another way AFS is far above those similar in their field is when I scheduled a service I received a confirmation email along with a picture of the technician who would be performing the work.  WOW, what a pleasant surprise.  More companies should follow that lead as you never know, sadly, who may show up at your door. Long review, but trust me, AFS is the company you want for your foundation repair needs!!!

I highly recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions to fix your foundation problems. Brian Patrick was very easy to work with and immediately knew what was wrong with my foundation. Their engineers came out, conducted extensive tests and came up with a plan to solve my problem. Brain came back out and explained what was needed and answered all of my questions. Jacob Davis came out and installed the pumps, explained how they worked and answered all my questions. They cleaned up as they went along and left my property as clean as when they arrived. I also had gutters installed and they look great. I am very pleased with the work done by this company and give them 5 stars.Debbie

Called Arizona Foundation Solutions for a water issue coming from the outside of our slab into our living room area. Brian confirmed what we suspected and gave us EXCELLENT direction on how to pursue our issue. Brian was VERY knowledgeable and helpful and took his time explaining what our options are. We could not have picked a better company to work with as well as a great consultant that Brian is.

Since we moved into our home in the beginning of 2019, we have had Thomas C. from Arizona Foundation Solutions come out to look at our foundation at least 3 times because of concerns we had about its integrity. He has always been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest about his assessments. We are very impressed with the quality of his service. Thomas is the kind of person that you can trust to give you a true evaluation of any foundation problem you might have, including assuring you that you have no problem at all if that is the case! We have worked with several other foundation companies in the past, but we highly recommend Thomas from Arizona Foundation Solutions. If we ever have any further concern about our foundation, we will only be calling Thomas at Arizona Foundation Solutions!

The only thing I would criticize would be the communication from the office staff about what time they would come out for the repairs. My sales consultant Brian, on the other hand, was excellent. He followed up on any questions I had and was quick to call when he needed to reschedule. They did a great job on the repairs and so far I have no complaints about the work.
