The concrete stem wall of this mid-century single-family home began to crack & crumble. This can happen when the iron rebar inside of the concrete stem wall begins to oxidize and rust.

Our team excavated near the damaged stem wall. Then, we chipped out existing failed concrete to fractured rock and behind existing rebar. We removed existing rebar and replaced it with our non-ferrous composite. Coat patch with cement patch. Backfill excavated area. Clean up & remove all debris. Quantity listed is in linear feet.
