This charming stucco home, built in 1996, had a cracking and flaking stem wall that was causing some issues for the homeowners. The customer wanted to stop the stem wall problem from spreading before it became more expensive, unsightly, and further danger to the structure. Our team replaced the existing rebar with our non-ferrous composite to ensure stability that they can count on! 

Mr. Miles called in because his HOA said that his home's foundation was settling. After our consultant went out, he noticed that the stem wall needed repaired about 185 ft.  We were able to schedule the repairs shortly after the contract had been signed.  

This 1979 brick home was displaying symptoms of a foundation issue, including windows sticking, cracks in the exterior walls, drywall cracks and both interior & exterior foundation cracks.
