The crew consisted of Jose-foreman, Michael, and Jordan. They arrived at the appointed time, provided a friendly greeting, and Jose went over the the work to be done in detail. They went right to work. Each step of the work was carefully explained and they responded to my questions patiently, courteously, and in detail. Jose carefully explained the steps to be followed after the application of waterproofing and caullking. Clean up was complete. The crew was professional, courteous, and friendly. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of using Alford to provide care for our house. You are in good hands with Alford.
