What made you choose our company:

There was a sunken section of concrete in a courtyard of one of the professional office buildings that I manage; and a couple of wonky sidewalk panels at another office building, so I called NW Concrete and set up a time to meet Jeremy at both properties to see if the PolyLevel would work for these areas. He arrived promptly and was super informative about the process and the warranty. It was obvious to me the PolyLevel would be the best and most affordable way to go for these areas. There was one sidewalk panel where Jeremy said the PolyLevel wouldn’t work, so we had that replaced by another contractor. As for the work that Jeremy did - he was an excellent communicator, sending me a detailed proposal promptly and once accepted, he scheduled the work promptly and kept me posted every step of the way and sent me photos after, which was great. As a busy property manager, I appreciate the great care, communication and quality job. We’ll definitely use them again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
