I have had lots of work done on my current and past house, and Fortress has been by far the best company I have worked with. I wish you could teach everyone about customer service, integrity, and quality workmanship.

Chris Guill was extremely helpful and really sold you guys over FES and other companies. He presented all the options without being pushy. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, both during the presentation, and I texted him some follow-up questions that he also answered quickly and helpfully. I had made up my mind to go with FES before Chris came to my house, but he won me over.

Warren came and installed the sump pump and Jeremy did the electrical work. They were amazing. They kept me involved throughout the process. Any time there was a decision to make, Warren presented the options clearly, and let me decide, instead of just acting like he's the expert, so my opinion doesn't matter (which is what many places do). Jeremy pointed out some additional electrical problems that he spotted that were not directly related to the sump pump installation. I already knew about them from the home inspection, but I was very grateful that he was alert to them in case I hadn't known. All the guys on the team were also very nice and respectful, even though it was like 98 degrees and I know they had to be miserable. I could not recommend these guys any more highly.
