Matt

Hi, I’m Matt. I’ve always been interested in how things work, especially when it comes to buildings and the way all of their different components come together.

My dad was a builder, so I spent a lot of my youth on job sites and around construction, getting an early understanding of how homes are built. Since then, my career has taken me through project management, building performance, and customer service, giving me a broad understanding of both buildings and the people who live in them.

I’m naturally curious and thorough, and I enjoy figuring things out. I tend to look at the bigger picture, connect the dots, and understand the “why” behind things rather than just accepting what’s immediately obvious.

I’ve also spent a large part of my career working with people, which is something I genuinely enjoy. I appreciate good communication, attention to detail, and making sure people have a positive experience when working with me.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and hanging out with my dog. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
