Demi

Since joining Fortress, Demi has brought a strong sense of organization, efficiency, and enthusiasm to the team. As Logistics Manager, she oversees the people and processes that keep daily operations running smoothly—from payroll and compliance to team coordination and internal communication. Demi plays a key role in ensuring that everyone has the support and structure needed to succeed.

Outside of work, Demi enjoys reading, concerts, and spending time with friends and family. 

Demi earned her degree in Business Administration from Purdue University.
