Charlie serves as the Production Manager at Fortress Foundation Solutions, where he oversees the installation of basement and crawl space waterproofing systems and leads the production team to ensure every project meets the company’s high standards. Having personally installed hundreds of systems over the years, Charlie brings extensive hands-on experience to his leadership role. He continues to stay at the forefront of the industry by participating in ongoing training through our national partner network, Contractor Nation.
