Dave Kerlin from Davenport, came to our home and inspected the potential problem areas. We had been advised to seek a foundation specialist by our flood clean-up & repair company. Dave took the time to examine and explain the causes of possible foundation leeks. He explained how his company could address them but also gave us other options--the options he would have given his own grandparents. He was patient, understandable, and exhibited the highest integrity. Have already recommended him to a friend with serious foundation issues.
