Say hello to Michael, one of the friendly faces at Redeemers Group! Hailing from Memphis, Michael brings a warm Southern charm, a love for good conversation, and a talent for making people feel heard and supported.

With a strong background in customer care and a knack for metrics, Michael knows how to deliver high-quality service with a side of genuine compassion. He’s a certified peer recovery specialist and CPR-certified—so he’s ready to lend a hand (or literally save the day) if needed!

Michael chose Redeemers Group for the people and the culture—and let’s just say, the feeling is mutual. He describes the work as fun and rewarding, and we're thrilled to have his energy and heart on the team.

When he's not helping customers or cracking a smile around the office, you’ll likely find Michael jamming out with his twin brother (and fellow Redeemers Group teammate!) Stephen. They read, write, and perform music together—talk about double the talent! Michael also loves spending time with his growing family—he's engaged and about to welcome a baby girl!
