Juan delivered outstanding customer service on the morning he evaluated our older, obsolete retaining wall stormwater pump and replaced it with a new one! Admittedly, I was taking on a lot of risks with a pump Keystone installed in 2017. After discussing expected pump service life with Juan, I gave him the go-ahead to install a new one. The annual maintenance check fee is a good value for maintaining the warranty.
