David, Elijah and Triston did a very good job with the encapsulation and with floor joist replacement. When there was an issue about any particular installation, they promptly let me know and together we made a decision how to proceed. I am pleased with the overall results. There were a few things that I would have preferred in the end:
— not all vent covers were placed as I would have liked
— due to placement of sump discharge pipe a freeze protection could not be installed. I would have preferred having one
— some hvac ducts were not rehung.
Noting these, I still feel the end result is excellent and the work crews did an outstanding job.
Jayden Williams was thorough and professional. Obviously, he sold me on using keystone over more local companies.

Clean up was good in fact maybe too good. I would have gladly taken all the excess wood from the joist replacement.

What made you choose our company:
Other companies tried to oversell products in my opinion and I preferred the 3 layer encapsulation that Keystone offered. Pricing was comparable.
