Working with Vesta was so easy. From calling to schedule a quote to Hailey's Carpet securing my carpet back, all steps were seamless. Everybody was professional, kind, efficient, and very helpful. I was given the names of who was going to arrive at each step of the process and they showed up on time (or early).
Sydney was always very upbeat and helpful.
Tim was professional, informative and not pushy. He made sure we understood and felt good with our decision,
The crew was great. They worked hard, got the job done in a timely manner.
They cleaned up their mess daily. Left my house back as it was. They even dug up and put my Azalea bush back.
What made you choose our company:
I had three companies that I was going to compare. One didn't answer the phone, (I called a couple times) and never called back. The second, told me that the service guys make their own appointments and I didn't receive a call until the next week. I called Vesta and was greeted with a friendly voice and my appointment was scheduled right away. First impressions, to me, reveal a lot. First phone call went smooth, the meeting with Tim to get a quote was positive, so I felt confident that Vesta would do a great job. Thank you.
