Debbie is an Appointment and PolyLevel Scheduler at The Basement Doctor and has been with the company since 2016. She has one son, Joey, and two grandchildren.
Debbie enjoys watching the Bengals and the Reds, and in her spare time, she likes spending time with her grandchildren, playing cards, listening to music, and baking. She also keeps the office stocked with candy for her coworkers.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Debbie said, "I like helping people. We in the call center are the first point of contact for customers facing issues with their homes, and it’s rewarding to hear the relief in their voices when I let them know we can help. I also love my coworkers—we are like a family here at The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati." Debbie was recognized with the Rising Star Award in 2017 for her dedication and hard work.
