Continued problems with soils drying out over time due to road reconfiguration of rainwater drainage left previous effort with polyfill lacking. Carolina Basement honored the warranty, and with decision to go with reinforcing piers has rectified the problem, hopefully for good. Very pleased with crews careful approach to the repair work.
