With over a decade of experience in construction and more than 13 years in leadership and management, Justin brings a unique blend of technical expertise, business development, and relationship-driven leadership to his role as Director of Real Estate & Business Development at Carolina Basement Systems. As a licensed North Carolina General Contractor and Home Inspector, his background spans residential and commercial construction, inspections, restoration, estimating, project management, sales leadership, and business operations.

 

In his role, Justin works closely with Realtors, brokers, homeowners, investors, builders, and industry professionals throughout North Carolina to provide education, resources, and solutions related to foundation repair, crawlspaces, waterproofing, structural concerns, and property-related challenges that impact buying, selling, and protecting real estate investments. His ability to bridge technical construction knowledge with relationship-focused business development allows him to create value for both homeowners and professional partners alike.

 

Prior to transitioning into business development leadership, Justin led teams across multiple disciplines including construction operations, inspections, estimating, sales management, and project oversight developing a reputation for problem solving, process improvement, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. His diverse experience allows him to approach complex property concerns with both a technical and practical perspective.

 

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Justin has served as a volunteer firefighter, where he further developed leadership, communication, and crisis management skills. His active involvement with Rotary Club International and local church ministry has strengthened his passion for community engagement, mentorship, and relationship building. He believes strongly in servant leadership and creating meaningful connections both professionally and personally.

Born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Justin relocated to Denton, North Carolina in 2019 to his wife’s hometown. Married since 2018, he is a proud husband and father to two daughters, Vera and Edith, along with their energetic Aussiedoodle, Luca. Outside of work, he enjoys building and remodeling projects, traveling with family, and spending time outdoors fishing, hiking, hunting, and riding four-wheelers. He is passionate about personal growth, lifelong learning, leadership development, and helping others achieve success.
