With a background in customer service, marketing, and work for various state agencies, plus a career as an occupational therapy assistant, Courtney brings compassion, people skills, and a deep care for others to every customer interaction. She’s motivated by helping customers, protecting their homes, and providing a great overall experience, and she loves striving to hit company goals and helping the company grow.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her three kids, being outdoors, and trying new restaurants, with Mexican food as her favorite. She has three leopard geckos, loves all genres of music, and grew up Irish step dancing and playing the violin. Someday, she’d love to travel to Ireland.
