Gina M.

Gina holds an undergrad degree in Business Marketing and Dance from Springfield College and an MBA from The Sage Colleges. She started her HR career as a recruiter, then spent four years as an HR Generalist gaining experience in employee relations, benefits, compliance, and performance management. She’s motivated by the strong teamwork and dedication at Adirondack Basement Systems. Outside of work, Gina enjoys spending time with family, staying active through dance and the gym, and working on home improvement projects with her husband.
