Everything was great from start to finish.
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I had mistakenly book the appointment for the wrong day. I called in a massive panic attack to fix the mistake. In less than 5 minutes my appointment was rescheduled. If not for this, we wouldn’t have been able to close on our house. Needless to say, I was extremely grateful.
I can’t say enough about Gerry Daily. He was great. Super personable, knowledgeable, made recommendations and patiently answered all of my questions. He is the reason Erickson’s got the business from us. He deserves a raise for the way he represents the company.
Tyler was also amazing. Again, super polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He did the whole thing in an hour! Also well deserving a raise for the way he represents the company.
I at no point saw a mess or anything out of place. It was like Tyler was never there but now we have a radon system.
Mostly pricing, but Gerry Daily did finish the sale. He was really upfront w me about exactly what he was doing and why. He made me feel I could trust Erickson’s to do the job correctly and not rip me off. Thank you so much for making this experience WAAAY less painful than I imagined it would be.
