The sales presentation was better than your competitors. The inspection was more thorough and provided more details. Your price was higher, but I felt like I would get more value for my money. The only issue I have (and I may have been overly optimistic) is that I had hoped for more lifting of the foundation. It had sunk 2.5 inches at one end but you were only able to lift it 3/4 of an inch.
