We recently had Erickson Foundation Solutions water proof and do some structural repairs in our basement. All the staff we dealt with were professional and skilled. The project started on time and within a few weeks of our signing the contract.
Our project had some unanticipated problems with our foundation. Patrick, the crew supervisor was able to recognize the issue and consulted with a foundation engineer. The engineering supervisor came to the site the next day. Nate worked with us to rework the project based on our goals to stay within our budget. We are very grateful he was willing to look at our overall goals and come up with a solution we could afford.
A special thanks for Patrick and his crew. The work is hard and he and his crew were always upbeat and polite, despite working in the bitter cold of winter.
Our salesman, Mitchell explained the company's products and the benefits clearly. He was able to help us with financing through Regions Bank with immediate financing approval. The scheduling of the project was well communicated by the office staff.

Can't say enough about the crew from Erickson Foundation Solutions. I had a window in my basement replaced and a well dug outside the window. Window was not easy to get to and the crew did a fantastic job. All my contacts with Erickson have been outstanding, including follow thru and communication. Excellent company to do business with. I'm very happy with my new basement solution. It lowered the water table under my foundation and solved an ongoing flooding issue that was causing the cement blocks to mold and deteriorate. My basement has never been so dry and clean. The crew from Erickson was very professional and helpful. They worked with me to adjust and modify the project onsite and offered helpful solutions to unexpected issues. They also helped me to finance the project through a lender with a quick and easy loan process. When an adjustment was needed that required less material, they made sure to take that off the bill.
